We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card payments processed through Paypal. *A paypal account is not required for customers who choose to pay using one of these major credit cards.
We also accept instant bank transfers, existing fund transfers and e-check payments from paypal account holders. Please be aware that orders paid for with e-check option will not be shipped until the e-check has cleared. This usually only takes 3-4 business days, sometimes longer.
Ohio residents are required by law to pay a 6.75% sales tax.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return any unopened /unused items for a refund less shipping and handling charges
Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment and include a copy of your invoice along with a reason for your return. Please notate if you would like a refund or store credit. (no restocking fees)
